Improvement
editI have completed the B class checklist. I believe that the article could be improved by adding a proper introductory section and expanding the article. Additionally, I believe that it should be rewritten. There should be no need really to copy the source mentioned above, even if it is in the public domain. By copying it, Wikipedia doesn't really add anything to the Internet as it then really just becomes a duplication. That's my opinion anyway. I think also there is a template that should be put on to an article when it is taken from a public domain source, so that it is not flagged as a copy vio in error.
