What is this about?
editIt is completely unclear if it is about naturally occurring stanols or chemical products. Richiez (talk) 18:06, 23 March 2012 (UTC)
Lack of CVD effect
editThe first paragraph says, "(...) a meta-analysis published in 2012 suggests that there is no effect". This meta-analysis investigated plant sterols, however, which are not the same as plant stanols. --PeeKoo (talk) 13:35, 13 October 2013 (UTC)
- You are absolutely right. I made quick search in PubMed and I couldn't find relevant study. Only the mentioning in already used source, that the data is not currently (2009) available.91.158.165.178 (talk) 17:41, 13 January 2015 (UTC)
