Copyright violation

Hi. At least one of the pictures uploaded for this article (Toucan11.jpg) is in direct violation of its copyright status. The original photographer has reserved all rights, as clearly indicated here. It needs to be deleted from this article — and Wikipedia! MeegsC | Talk 00:29, 26 May 2011 (UTC)

Actually, checking the other two images, they'll need to be removed as well, as you don't have permission from the original photographers/authors to reproduce their works (or to make them available without payment worldwide for any purpose, which is what you've done by adding them here). Sometimes photographers will change the copyright on their pictures to allow us to use them, but you must always ask first. Speedy deletions at commons tend to take longer than they do on Wikipedia, so there is no rush to respond. If you feel the deletion can be contested then please do so (commons:COM:SPEEDY has further information). Otherwise consider finding a replacement image before deletion occurs.
