To whom it may concern,

I am writing to report a non existing link under article "Plus (interbank network". The "PLUS FACT SHEET" button could not link me to a fact sheet as stated. It was linked to a Visa website stating the article requested no longer exists.

No such link seems to be present. The link that intended to be a citation for the numbers of ATMs has been replaced with {{Citation needed}}
