The pronunciation was changed without consensus by IP 195.171.176.194 on 15 February 2024, from [ˈpɔb.ɔl ə ˈkʊm] to [ˈpɔb.ɔl ə ˈkam]. I have reverted this, as there are simply no circumstances where /w/ in Welsh is pronounced [a]. The original IPA was correct, and this is completely uncontroversial.
