"Citizens" vs. "Community"
editThe title of the article seems to be the more widespread usage of the PCYC acronym, to imply Police and Citizens... however I've seen various references to Police and Community - is there a gradual migration from one name to another in progress, or are there simply variations among the various clubs that currently exist? Also, a link to an Australian national website for PCYC would be better way of linking to the various state branches, since Wikipedia probably shouldn't be turned into a bookmark site (refer to current External Links list). -- Gth-au (talk) 01:00, 29 June 2013 (UTC)
PCYC based on fascism?
editThe article (3) that is used to cite the fact that PCYC is based on Youth Nazi groups does not in anyway reference PCYC, it is an irrelevant link and purveys possibly incorrect facts, needs clarification. — Preceding unsigned comment added by FallenArch115 (talk • contribs) 02:36, 14 December 2015 (UTC)
- I've made it clear in the text that this is a view published the Red Flag, so that readers can interpret the text appropriately. I've also added an alternative history, which refers to Williams review of crime-reduction methods in the UK, US and Italy as well as Germany in 1936. However, I do think that the red flag reference is relevant and should be kept in the article. Klbrain (talk) 15:55, 20 August 2017 (UTC)
