To Do list to finish this article
editThere are only a few major items left to finish before this article is really done. I could certainly use the help.
Finish listing all Secretaries of State
editThe full list of Secretaries of State can be located Secretary of State of Maine
Finish listing all State Treasurers
editThe full list of Secretaries of State can be located Maine State Treasurer as well as here. Partisan makeup is determined by the state legislature, so for party affiliations that are not listed, the majorities in the House and Senate (the combined makeup of both houses together) are who selects the AG, SoS and the Treasurer.
Finish the state legislative partisan makup back to the beginning
editThe state legislature has a full listing that goes back to 1911 here. There is a book, which I own, that has the full listing of the legislative makeup going back to the beginning of the state. I have it packed away though, so I don't have it at my fingertips. If anyone is interested in it for this project, as well as the other state partisan makeup articles, the book can be purchased here. As soon as I can dig it out of the box in my attic somewhere, I will post the full numbers back to 1820, or edit the article myself.
Fill in all partisan affiliations that are currently blank and unknown
editThere are a few spots where I couldn't find or infer partisan affiliation. We'll need to further investigate those situations to figure it out.
