Merge article

This article needs to be merged with List of minor DC Comics characters#P. There are no third party reliable sources, the character is not notable enough to have an article, there is no significant coverage of this character by any reliable sources, the article is poorly written, there is very little information in the article, ETC. Unless this article gets better sourced and better written, I don't think it can stay. Are there any objections to the proposed merger? Darkknight2149 (talk) 07:22, 24 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

After The DC Universe was rebooted in the 2010s with both the new 52 and Rebirth Polka dot man has been resurrected and occasionally appears in villain get togethers. This should be added as his death is in a no longer canon story
