Fair use rationale for Image:Polly-sampson.jpg
editImage:Polly-sampson.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Regarding the Martyn Smith deletion: even more ironic that this exact "coincidence" was mentioned at the end of the dire and poorly researched Sunday Times article regarding Heathcote Williams last week. Altcult101 (talk) 10:39, 22 July 2011 (UTC)
Squatters
editShe was "left homeless by squatters"? That doesn't make sense unless it's uk slang. Also her mother was of chinese descent? I guess so as she served in Chairman Mao's army. He was of chinese descent too. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kurtdriver (talk • contribs) 14:52, 2 September 2014 (UTC)
Only two female co-writers
edit"she is one of only two female co-writers of any Pink Floyd songs." - What's the purpose of such statement? It's not like any music group should have a 50-50 gender redistribution in their credits list, or is it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 177.148.183.115 (talk) 19:13, 8 August 2015 (UTC)
- Exactly. I bet the entry for 'Mademoiselle Nobs' doesn't state that Nobs is the only bitch to feature on a Pink Floyd Recording. 78.148.27.44 (talk) 23:17, 21 September 2023 (UTC)
