Commercial synthesis method? No source

edit

The commercial synthesis is suggested/implied to be via radical polymerization and yet no source for that is provided. The source is an abstract of a sort of academic sort of commercial/governmental company(?) out of Durban, SA and that paper does not have a source for commercial sources. Its relavent given how rarely commercial chemicals are produced via radical methods in anything other than "Small batch". Radical polymerization on a large industrial scale is tremendously dangerous and runaway prone, a term I use to explicitly point to the actual real life occurrence of runaway chain reactions that have caused widespread property damage and/or loss of life and not theoretical. Of course, it may be impossible to find commercial methods given how rarely that information is ever publicly disseminated (let alone the accuracy, either intentionally or accidentally inccorrect). the distinction between textbook organic and polymer chemistry and the reality of industry were first explained to me when I was an undergraduate in a class taught by Craig Hawker at UCSB67.165.123.62 (talk) 10:14, 22 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
