spermine/spermidine pathway byproduct is MTA, not SAM
editThe image depicting the pathway for biosynthesis of spermine and spermidine from putrescine has 2 mistakes in the form of SAM being listed as a byproduct of the reaction rather than MTA (5'-methylthioadenosine).
