Microscopic polyangitis is different than PN

Potassium citrate for treatment of PN?
editis potassium citrate used as an adjunctive prophylaxis against renal tubule damage, etc., in pn? if not i fail to see the relevance of that study and it should be deleted.it's 24 years old anyway.Toyokuni3 (talk) 07:06, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
