Is this an article about Ponsonby or about the Garafraxa Road?

There is no proof given that Ponsonby is a ghost town or even an uninhabited community.
Ponsonby is located in the former Nichol Township on the border with the former Pilkington Township. The article infers it is more likely in West Garafraxa.
