Complete rewrite
editThis article is a copy of http://www.fda.gov/CDER/guidance/1852fnl.pdf. However, since this is a .gov domain, this work is property of the US gov, and public domain, so there is no copyvio, I believe. I could think of two options:
- move to wikibooks
- rewrite the whole thing.
