This looks good and I'm glad you're building a new page on Porter-Cologne. My only concern is that it should complement, and not mirror too much, the SWRCB page.

Hi Desirey,
It looks like you are on the right track so far. You have included the history, mission, and basics of the policy. The content is neutral and has reliable sources of information. Eventually, it will need more sources, but for now, the State Water Resources Board is a good start. The page states the most important information without going into too much detail and it is pretty straightforward. The sections seem to be chronologically ordered. I like how it has the history first and then goes into other details. As a suggestion, I would make the introduction one solid paragraph and then go on to break up it into sections (although I understand you may have already planned on doing that).
