This page is only for Pennsylvania state cases. If the case rises to the US Supreme Court or is District Case in Federal court it needs moved to "Post-election lawsuits related to the 2020 United States presidential election" where the table tracks only Federal cases. One suit in the Commonwealth Court which received a lot of press is Metcalfe, Diamond, Kefer, Sankey, Kauffman, et al. v. Wolf and Boockvar, et al. (636 MD 2020). Here are articles from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette[1] and Philadelphia Inquirer.[2] The documents are here. -- M.boli (talk) 00:08, 6 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

Defying a directive from the State's Board of Elections, Fulton County's Republican Commissioners had allowed an external firm to access data from voting machines (see Attempts to overturn the 2020 United States presidential election). Since the access was without authorization from the State's Board of Elections, the County was ordered by the State to decertify their tampered voting machines. This case is the County suing to challenge that order. Most recently, the PA Supreme Court held the plaintiffs in civil contempt and sanctioned them to pay damages.[1] Court documents are here.
