Is there something missing from the personality of this article/discussion of the "descriptions of potential enegy of proteins"? Instead of its purely mechanistic elements, what is the potential energy of protein manifest as? Something as simple as why are we talking about this? What does this have to do with? What do potential energies of protein occur as? What are they? Where is the imagination in the topic? The article should not just consist of a selection of rules...
