Incorrect label on 1950 photo
editThe second photo on the page shows Gladys Davis in her Mooney Mite in 1950. The caption says that she finished 5th - however, she actually finished 9th. See https://awtar.airraceclassic.org/results/?Fuseaction=Scoring_ResultsPlace&EventYear=1950. I don't know how to change the caption on a photo.
I just completed several years of a research grant to put AWTAR/Powder Puff Derby data on the website. Gladys Davis' 9th place finish came directly from a 1950 final results sheet stored at the National Air and Space Museum. Gljahn77 (talk) 23:04, 29 March 2023 (UTC)
