Meaning of this phrase?
editCapcom announced in February 2006 that it will port the entire series to the PSP with a few enhancements with a Q4 2006 release. The original Powerstone will include the four new characters introduced in Powerstone 2 for example.
So it's being retroactively released two years ago? Huh?
- I'm not sure what your question is. Q4 2006 hasn't happened yer. Ace of Sevens 01:52, 6 July 2006 (UTC)

Play style, capsule review
editThe best analogy to how PS1 plays would be a classic Jackie Chan movie. You have to take advantage of the room, obstacles, and weapons in order to win. At times, you'll fight, dodge, tear the room apart to find stuff, toss furniture to stall your opponent, or make a mad dash for the final power stone. Simple one button counters are reasonable to pull off, which may toss the attacker in a different corner of the arena, where they might then find a good item! There are so many opportunities to flip the tide of battle that a new player can still have a good time while losing most matches.
The sequel has a completely different feel to it, which I found competent but less fun. It's worth having around for the 4 player element, and the new dynamic arenas, where the players may find a greater danger from the arena itself. I found that #2 doesn't give the same hectic pace that #1 offers, and it feels less friendly to new players.
The worst crime is that these games haven't been ported to a new console. The PSP port misses the point - Power Stone is best as a party game, with everyone crowded around a big TV fighting over who goes next, and indulging vices with the outcome of each match. If Nintendo were to put it on a disk with Smash Bros, I would never change disks again.

Power Stone not included in Capcom franchise
editHey PowerStone isn't included in the Capcom franchise bar on the bottom, shouldn't that be fixed, seeing as it is apart of the Capcom franchise? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.54.106.64 (talk) 10:59, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
Actors play which characters?
editActors should be listed next to which character they voiced. Could someone please update this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.91.24.138 (talk) 20:08, 27 December 2011 (UTC)

Power Stone (video game) → Power Stone – Clear primary topic. The other entries (seen on Power Stone) are either derivatives of Power Stone (video game) or don't exist as an article anyway (i.e. Power Stone (Marvel Cinematic Universe)). Sceeegt (talk) 00:06, 9 October 2024 (UTC)
- Oppose The Power Stone is one of the Infinity Stones and that article gets an absolutely tremendous amount of views that dwarfs the article on the video game or series, which are old and obscure Dreamcast games. Without evidence that the Marvel Power Stone can't be an equivalently primary topic, I'd oppose this. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 08:18, 9 October 2024 (UTC)
- You're forgetting that the Marvel Power Stone does not exist as an article, it is a redirect. Therefore it weakens its case as being primary. Sceeegt (talk) 14:28, 9 October 2024 (UTC)
- Oppose, no PRIMARY.--Ortizesp (talk) 14:17, 9 October 2024 (UTC)
- Oppose. Not the primary topic. No evidence in support of that claim. Gonnym (talk) 16:12, 9 October 2024 (UTC)
- Evidence. Even without the spike, the Power Stone (video game) constantly gets almost 10x more views than other entries. Sceeegt (talk) 16:15, 9 October 2024 (UTC)
