Infobox

edit
  • From the album My Worlds: The Collection AND My Worlds Acoustic.
This is for the SINGLE infobox. The song is ONLY a single from The Collection, NOT acoustic.
Oh, I see. - Sauloviegas (talk) 12:32, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
  • "Label: RBMG" - ?
His record label..... Candyo32 02:34, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
Ok. - Sauloviegas (talk) 12:32, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Lead

edit
  • "The song was written by Bieber with Adam Messinger and Nasri, and Omar Martinez. Messinger and Nasri of production team The Messengers produced the song." - Try to merge these two sentences.
Done.
  • "Man in the Mirror" -> "Man in the Mirror" (1988)
Done
  • There is no info about the commercial performance in the lead. Add it.

Background and composition

edit
  • You can split this section. There is enough info for the two to be alone. Also, if you feel that there isn't enough info on the background, add information like "Bieber recorded his vocals for the song on 2010 at.... Background vocals were provided by .... It was mixed by... at...." etc. Example: Anticipating (GA)
There is not enough information to be split, if so there would only be two-three background sentences. The information that you suggested is not readily available.
  • Again: "Man in the Mirror" -> "Man in the Mirror" (1988)
Can't quote break, its in the MTV News quote and that's not in the original quote.... Candyo32 02:36, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Reception

edit
  • Split, enough info to be alone. Add at the beginning of the critical response: "Pray" received generally positive reviews from music critics.
Not enough info to be alone, if this were the case it would only be three-four sections per section which is not guided by MoS. Also follow in precedent of previously shorter-length Bieber GA's such as First Dance (song), Bigger (Justin Bieber song), etc....
Actually, I see you have expanded the critical reception. There are several GAs with the same amount of content that have this section splited: Don't Let Me Be the Last to Know, Born to Make You Happy, Break the Ice... - Sauloviegas (talk) 12:32, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
  • I'm concerned about the prose on the chart performance section... It is just too repetitive. Try to re-write that section.
Well, went back and did the best I could, but not much you can do with chart positions....
Well, let's just leave it that way. No problem. :) - Sauloviegas (talk) 12:32, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
  • Zobbel is not reliable. Change it to chartstats.
......Zobbel has been used and approved for usage on several FL's I have done such as Ciara discography and Chris Brown discography, so I don't see where the problem would be here. Btw, positions above 100 are ONLY available on Zobbel, not chartstats. Candyo32 02:42, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Music video and live performance

edit
  • Change it to "Promotion". It was only peformed once, plus the only promotion was the performance and music video. Example: Outrageous (GA)
It is fine as is, as far as we know it would be WP:OR to assume that there was even promotion of the single by the video and promotion, it could have been for an album. This is just combining typical titles in a singles article.....
Good. - Sauloviegas (talk) 12:32, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
  • You could add a screen-capture of the video, if you want, as long as it meets the rationale of fair use for the article and is sourced.
Nothing notable going on in the video, so a cap would fail NFCC. Candyo32 02:43, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
Fine. :) - Sauloviegas (talk) 12:32, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Track listing

edit
  • You say "digital download" on the infobox. Where is the track listing for that? Also, use here the same source you used for the release history section.
Apparently CD single only, so revising. Candyo32 02:50, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
Good. - Sauloviegas (talk) 12:32, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Release history

edit
  • This is not needed, since it only have the date for one country. You should move it to the background section, saying ""Pray" was released as a single on December 3, 2010 through Island Records. (reference here)"

References

edit
  • Linking needed to music notes.
We are supposed to go by the music notes reference in the featured article 4 Minutes (Madonna song) and WP:SHEETMUSIC.
  • Publisher for The Washington Post, Chicago Sun-times needed.
