This article will surely be voted for deletion in its current form as being "dictdef" and moved the Wikidictionary. If you want to keep/preserve it from the blood hounds, I suggest expanding and making it less dictionary-like and more encyclopedic. We need the article so I encourge, I do not know myself to help. The easiest way to help expand such an article is to add the {{stub}} template to the bottom, as I have done here. I also added a bit more from the 1911 Britannica to the Law section. JHCC16:10, 12 May 2005 (UTC)Reply
