I'm a bit confused with the 1st and 3rd paragraph under History. Cullinan has never been anywhere near the Cape Colony. Methinks someone got their lines crossed with Kimberely, which sits in the triangle formed by the Vaal and Orange Rivers and the Free State Province, in the Cape Province. Cullinan is East Of Pretoria, Gauteng Province - formerly the Transvaal, a Boer Republic. Thanks! 13:45, 30 August 2011 (UTC) arch.carlospereira@gmail.com

You are quite correct. That section related the history of the Wesselton Premier mine outside Kimberley, not the mine at Cullinan. I have deleted the section --NJR_ZA (talk) 20:45, 30 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

The founder of the Cullinan diamond

edit

In this article the founder of the Cullinan diamond is Frederick Wells, surface manager. In the Cullinan article the founder is Thomas Evan Powell who gave it to the manager. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Phyotyla (talkcontribs) 21:19, 1 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Somebody should do a geography check on where exactly Cullinan is. The history part is not at all correct. Cullinan has never ever been close to the Free State-Cape Colony border. It has always been in Transvaal.
