Versus assumption
editOn either of these, could somebody elaborate on the difference between these words? I am confused about this. Tyciol (talk) 06:40, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
Convert to a disambiguation page?
editThere are several legal articles that deal with presumption from several countries. I suggest converting this page into a disambiguation page to allow a user to navigate them more easily. Pages that could be linked include Presumption of fact, Conclusive presumption, Presumption of innocence, and Rebuttable presumption Jminthorne (talk) 22:44, 7 September 2009 (UTC)

editGiven the brevity of this article, rebuttable presumption and conclusive presumption, I think there's no reason not to have them combined into a single article, with different sections on rebuttable and conclusive presumptions (and perhaps redirects that point to those sections).--Jerome Frank Disciple (talk) 15:29, 30 April 2023 (UTC)
- I went ahead and just redirected the page. Each page had quite a bit of uncited info (as this one did) and quite of it of reliance on primary sources to list examples of each type of presumption. I'll work on incorporating that info into this article, but I don't think a huge comprehensive list of presumptions in each country is worth doing (or, frankly, even doable).--Jerome Frank Disciple (talk) 15:55, 1 May 2023 (UTC)
