Consent to prosecution in NI
editArticle said consent of A-G necessary, but the Act does not say this.

Repeal
editI've removed the line that says the act has been repealed, for three reasons:
- The infobox has the act's status as 'amended',
- The Bribery Act 2010 repeals all previous statues referring to bribery, but this act covers more than just bribery, and
- In today's news, the police are planning to act under this law; Scotland Yard wouldn't be arresting people under this law if it had been repealed.
