Tsvangirai when?

See my comment here. I'd like to see a source stating that Tsvangirai is legally serving as prime minister right now. Signing an agreement doesn't necessarily mean the agreement immediately comes into legal effect. Everyking (talk) 05:14, 17 September 2008 (UTC)

Comment

• I don't know if this is a relevant comparison but it's notable that the Prime Minister of Kenya is not the head of government - see that article for details. If Zimbabwe (or the international community putting pressure on it) copied the model adopted in Kenya only several months before then it may be similar. The Zimbabwean PM's website has a section listing the PM's responsibilities but doesn't have anything like "serve as head of government" in them. Timrollpickering (talk) 11:09, 27 October 2009 (UTC)
