Slovene ethnicity?

Per [1] (J. Kosi, ed. P. Štih), there was no Slovene ethnicity before the 19th century and Trubar was not Slovene neither he considered himself as such. --Eleassar ^{my talk} 08:35, 28 March 2012 (UTC)

I agree. He was Croatian or Serb. There were no Slovenians before 1945.

First Slovene book or written manuscript were Freising manuscripts from 9th century in Slovene and not in Serbian, not in Russian, not in Church Slavic, not in Polish language.

BIG omission

Nothing is said about Trubar's conversion to Protestantism—surely one of the most important events in his life? Koro Neil (talk) 23:21, 3 August 2023 (UTC)
