Change in style needed

edit

Varma's music, devoid of gimmicks, breathes into the song, a new life full of expression. His fresh and melodious music, well set in tradition, is noted for its originality. His attention to detail and diction are noteworthy. His interpretation of music becomes unique with its sensitivity to the soul of the composition. He explores and extracts the essence of raagas while very subtly integrating, where appropriate, the spirit of various strains of music. Varma is singularly gifted in imparting knowledge; enlightening his listeners in an effortless manner about the complex systems of Classical Music. He is making his mark as a music teacher and musicologist too. His lecture demonstrations on Indian Classical Music at various institutions in India and abroad are regarded as unique experiences by the audience as well as music students.

This section needs major rewriting. Some of the terms used are downright unencyclopediac - breathes into a song, sensitivity to the soul of the composition, ...unique experience by the audience - this needs a change in style. I would like to re-write this section. Any comments?Prashanthns (talk) 08:52, 14 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

There are no edits of Aswathi Thirunal Rama Varma after 6 April 2009, can this article be history merged into it? 199.125.109.126 (talk) 15:31, 9 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Seeing that the previous title was a content fork, I have merged it back into this article with all revisions. If another name is desired, like Rama Varma (musician), it can be moved there but please do not move it without discussion. Also, please do not make copy+paste moves.
