Removed text below- I walked through Prittlewell Square 2 days ago and these things weren't there, rather they are on the nearby Westcliff on Sea cliffs.
There is a statue of Queen Victoria, a Cliff Lift and the Cliff Steps, known as the Grand Staircase. The 115 concrete steps have been completely restored along with the handrails, with the missing ones replaced with exact replicas. The archway at the top of the steps has also been restored and heritage style lamp columns illuminate the steps at night.
