DYK
editA fact from Privat Group appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 11 April 2006. The text of the entry was as follows:

IMO, a very good article on an interesting topic by Ukrained. Thanks! Currently at DYK nomination at Template talk:Did you know#April_8. Two versions listed: Original by the author:
- ...that the Privat Group is one of the few Ukrainian companies that own industries in the United States?
And an alternative I listed right below the original:
- ...that the Privat Group, one of the most influential business groups in Ukraine whose assets include holdings in the U.S. industries, officially does not even exist?
Could some native speakers check the article. It looks like, whatver version the DYK maintainers choose, the article is virtually guaranteed its 6 hours at the main page. --Irpen 03:28, 10 April 2006 (UTC)
Name
editShouldn't the correct English version of the name be "Pryvat"? Skinsmoke (talk) 00:13, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
- It could be, but the mother bank has already branded itself in English with "i":(. Ukrained (talk) 20:16, 3 May 2009 (UTC)
Article is Unreferenced
editThis article does not have any references in English, hence for an English encyclopedia it is entirely "unreferenced"... Stevenmitchell (talk) 10:53, 17 March 2010 (UTC)
Steel mill
editThe Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgy Kombinat prvodies according to http://www.rada.com.ua/eng/catalog/9433/:
- crane jibs, tram and mine rails;
- equal channels, flange beam, mine props, wheel rims, automobile axes, tubular and square billets, hot-rolled plates;
- cast iron, blast furnace and granulated slag.
So Privat Group doesn't provide high-quality cold rolled sheet. --Schwobator (talk) 13:40, 23 May 2014 (UTC)
