The image Image:Bhoolbhulaiyaa.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

- That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Remarks
In the filmography section, I think remarks such as hit, flop are unnecessary.--Abhishek Jacob (talk) 13:04, 8 September 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletions at commons tend to take longer than they do on Wikipedia, so there is no rush to respond. If you feel the deletion can be contested then please do so (commons:COM:SPEEDY has further information). Otherwise consider finding a replacement image before deletion occurs.

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

Allegations of plagiarism by Priyadarshan
Priyadarshan relies on plagiarism from other films particularly commercially successful Hollywood productions. For example Thalavattam is heavily based on the Oscar winning One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Other notable examples include Vandanam (Stakeout), Kakkakuyil (A Fish Called Wanda), Malamaal Weekly (Waking Ned) where he did not even credit its British producer Richard Holmes before lifting its story, Garam Masala (Boeing Boeing). There is an English film by the Boeing Boeing released in 1965 with the identical storyline starring Jerry Lewis and Toni Curtis. His Hindi films are mostly remakes of older Malayalam movies of a different director and screenwriter. The original directors and screenwriters are either not acknowledged in the Hindi version, or are acknowledged simply under 'Story'. For example Hulchul was originally written and directed by Siddique-Lal who was not credited as the screenwriter in spite of it being an exact copy (with dialogues translated to Hindi). Soon after the release of Bhool Bhulaiyaa, in an interview with Rediff.com, the original screenwriter Madhu Muttam claimed that he was not consulted with and the original director, Fazil (also Priyadarshan's mentor) refused to comment on the film. When asked about plagiarism accusations, Priyadarshan told The Hindu that "Today, 99% of the films are copied". Interestingly, his most popular movies in Malayalam are original - notably Chithram, Kilukkam, Mithunam, Vellanakalude Naadu and Thenmavin Kombath.(source http://www.cinebasti.com/celebrity/Priyadarshan/4733/biography) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 117.207.237.111 (talk) 04:31, 28 January 2012 (UTC)
