Structure
editLooking for any information on how to structure a profit sharing plan that will motivate employees to achieve higher profits and thus benefit from their efforts.
- Well that's basically what they are for. It's probably not as important how the plan is structured as how the employees perceive the plan. If they buy into it as a way for them to have a stake in how the business does it may work great, but if they see it as such a tiny bit that they can't make any difference it probably won't be worth the money. But Wikipedia isn't the best way to find that information, try contacting a few providers to see if they are interested in the business, see what they all have to say, and go with the one you're most comfortable with. - Taxman Talk 03:05, 24 February 2006 (UTC)
Profit Sharing
editWhere does the profit sharing go - does it go into one large pool for all in the company or individual accounts or 401Ks. Is this money invested or money market - what type of an account does it go into?
