Better wording

edit

The statement "[i]t does not appear to be associated with serious side effects." cites two sources, one from WHO report, another from Carr et al. In the WHO report, the Committee noted that etonogestrel-releasing implant are "cost effective" and considered it "well-suited" for "low-resource settings". However the report does not mention side effects. Carr 2016 does not mention the lack of side effects. Should this statement be modified to better reflect both sources? @Doc James: "PVR is safe" and "PVR does not seem to be associated with serious side effects" have slightly different meaning. Per Martin Rees, the absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. The current wording has the effect of the former rather than the latter. -11:41, 11 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
