On the bill they give you each month they tell you if you have a compaint to call FPSC That agency was put together to regulate Florida utilites,but in truth this agency only protects Progress Energy TPPSC directer "Mary Bane" see to it that Progress Energy is above the law.They charge what they want.Will cut off your electricity without due processes of law.
