Excessive project-internal trivia like the exact classification of instrument levels violate WP:NOTDIRECTORY (unless independent reliable sources have covered this aspect in some detail). Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate host to provide any and all secondary information about a topic, but only a succinct overview of encyclopedic facts. For an encyclopedic summary, it is sufficient to mention that the foundation has implemented such a classification (neither source #1 nor source #2 verify these additional details by the way). The foundation's mission statement is similarly irrelevant: the article should be written about the topic from an uninvolved observer's point of view, not from the topic's own PoV (see also WP:NPOV and WP:PROMO). A description of the topic's activities should be based on independent sources, excluding the topic's own PR slogans. GermanJoe (talk) 17:54, 22 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
