Sorry, but I dont get this:
If I want to complete the page "List_of_project_management_software" and put this software in there, the entry will be deleted, if no article is behind. Now I put an article and that will be deleted? What sense does this make?
Please have a look into "List_of_project_management_software". Then you should mark mostly all of the linked articles there!

For the new discussion about the deletion: I cant see the reason for a nomination. I am referencing on "List_of_project_management_software". There are 102 entries in that list. Maybe Projektron BCS is not well-known in the US, but it is one of the better known solutions in Europe and definitely much much more important to project management professionals then most of the other solutions on that list. Compare to the CeBIT (which is the biggest IT fair in the world), where only about 3 of the solutions in that list where on the fair.
Also for general technologies Projektron BCS is really on of the leading solutions as it was 100%webbased already in 2001, where most of the named solutions where not existing at all. And it cant be that you are only notable if you can reference to Gartner, etc... As a alternative Projektron BCS can reference to the BARC study where it was analyzed as well as to independent fair and government awards.
