Proposition 2 (disambiguation) → Proposition 2 – Swap the disambiguation page with the current primary topic redirect. "Proposition 2" is a general term and in 2021 there is no reason for the 2008 California use to be the primary topic. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 13:50, 7 July 2021 (UTC)
