Number of provinces doesn't match

First paragraph of the article "24 province-level divisions: 22 provinces, one autonomous region (Bougainville) and the National Capital District."

Info box on right - 20 Provinces 1 Autonomous Region 1 Capital district = 22

Table also lists 22 provinces.

Is the 24 is the first paragraph an error? If not, what are the other 2 provinces not listed in the table? Jdtrue63 (talk) 01:56, 19 January 2018 (UTC)

Good catch. This seems to be an error: it seems to be 22, including Bougainville and the NCD. The Drover's Wife (talk) 02:03, 19 January 2018 (UTC)
