editI would like this to be moved to the Pin cherry article and have this redirect there rather than the other way around. I did not know when i wrote this article that the convention was to redirect the scientific name to the common name.--Icefaerie 01:05, 13 November 2006 (UTC)

Inaccurate photo and caption
editThe photo of the fruiting cherry in this article is of Prunus Serotina, the Black Cherry, rather than Prunus Pensylvannica, the Pin Cherry as is noted in the image's info page. It needs to be replaced with an accurate photo of the pin cherry as soon as possible to avoid reader confusion. WaynaQhapaq (talk) 17:55, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
