• Lead is a bit thin, doesn’t mention some of your major sections eg Epidemiology, History

• Do you need so many short main sections?

• Please check linking, many unfamiliar terms, like papular lesions and cutaneous laxity are not linked on first occurrence, although you’ve link skin, eyes and stomach, and the gene has three links

• Other systems have become somewhat outdated by the discovery of the ABCC6 mutations. – vague, what other systems?

• For excessive areas of skin – affected skin?
