This definion is made by experiencing many psychedelic festivals, i think this is to be the exact definition

Because its still under construction, in the course of the next few days, people from the psychedelic scene wil add more information, these Festival unite millions of people each year and it should be on Wikipedia , the Term Psychedelic Festival because its part of human history.
