To the extent of our research and interview of the person who carried the flag, Puerto Rico National Delegation to the 1948 Olympics held in London used Puerto Rico's Coat of Arms and not the flag of the United States as indicated in this article. That is the flag that was used during the delegation's participation in the Games' inauguration ceremony. Would appreciate it if others may comment or address this issue.
