Combine with Colonet bay article? (I copied over the unsigned comment by 71.102.226.198 on May 7, 2007 from the old talk page for Punta Colonet)Kgrr 19:45, 8 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Yes - It's a very short stub, has only one reference and is mis-named (Should have been Bahia Colonet, Baja California)Kgrr 19:45, 8 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Location of Punta colonet is NORTH of San Quintin 70.181.188.176 07:41, 24 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Sept 2010 - The contents of the article discussing shipping volumes and wait times for ships arriving at the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach is out of date by several years. The overall volume of trade at these two ports as well as around the world is down significantly in the last 3 years. No container ships or tankers are anchored out in the bay awaiting pier space. Additionally, reference to truck volume on the I-710 (Long Beach Freeway) is out-of-date - the opening several years ago of the Alameda Corridor whereby containers are transhipped via rail cars from dockside to inland collection yards (20 miles) has reduced the transit time from 4 hours to 30 minutes. Those containers hauled via truck are assessed a premium for transit during daytime hours, to motivate truck hauling to occur after sundown and on weekends to reduce congestion on the Freeway. Los Angeles and Long Beach are currently (Sept 2010) engaged in preparation for handling of the next larger class of super-ships by massive dredging projects and replacing low-hanging bridges. This is being done in anticipation of the Panama Canal widening effort currently in progress. The QEII (Queen Elizabeth II) last year had to back all the way up the channel to its pier because of the lack of maneuvering space to turn around in the Los Angeles Harbor's current configuration. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.5.201.241 (talk) 23:21, 5 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request it's removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.
