Fair use rationale for Image:PuzzleHMbox2.png

Image:PuzzleHMbox2.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Release Date, box art, and update

I have seen several sites that state the American release date, but it still has yet to appear here. Can someone fix this?

I have also found some box art on the gamestop website. Can anyone get a picture of this up?

Also, the game has already been released in the U.S. The unreleased game data needs to be removed.
