- I understand. There is no problem citing published web pages, concert programmes, news articles in Russian (either Latin characters or Cyrillic, there are enough Russian speaking wikipedians out there. If you show that you have made an attempt at providing references I think most people will accept it. Our problem is descibed in Wikipedia:Notability and Wikipedia:Verifiability and Wikipedia:Citing sources.
