Merge suggestion
editHi, @GenQuest and Bejnar: we should merge Qalat Sukkar with Qalat Sukar as they are they same place. The coordinates in the second articles are note accurate. محمود (talk) 12:34, 4 January 2016 (UTC)
- Judging from references and notes, these seem to be two different entities. Can you elaborate? GenQuest "Talk to Me" 17:11, 4 January 2016 (UTC)
- I'm from Iraq. I know the area. The place between Nasiriya (capital of Dhi Qar governorate) and Kut (capital of Wasit governorate) on the River of Gharraf near Al-Rifa'i. It is a town surrounded by villages. The two names refers to only one place. One of the two article gives the Arabic name. The other doesn't.محمود (talk) 22:03, 4 January 2016 (UTC)
- The creator of the article has only 2 edits in Wikipedia and I assume that he is not fluent in English. He use the word (commercial) but I think he means people are working in small shops in addition to agriculture. You can notice that history of the article. محمود (talk) 22:11, 4 January 2016 (UTC)
- Hi, @GenQuest and Bejnar: waiting for your decision محمود (talk) 23:01, 6 January 2016 (UTC)
- If you believe they are the same entity, proceed with the merger, @Mahmoudalrawi:. Thanks for your input. GenQuest "Talk to Me" 23:11, 6 January 2016 (UTC)

- I am sorry that I took a break. The only reason that the places have the same coordinates is tht\at someone changed them. They are two different places. Check out the histories. --Bejnar (talk) 19:00, 15 January 2016 (UTC)
