I hope what I have done so far is OK. I didn't want to write too much as I have connections to the institute and may not have NPOV.
Questions left: How is the Institute financed, how much influence has food industy on the results of the research? Substantion: We remember the BSE-Tragedy. Millions of cattle and sheep were killed, the knowledge of BSE caused a loss billions in Food-Industry. What happens, if research shows, that the increase of allergies are caused by modern basic materials and food processing? For instance the extensive use of (cheap) whey protein in (childrens) food. Might such results be suppressed to keep the the business growing?
