Is the phrasing "a party must have qualify every two years" correct?

- Apokrif, the sentence originally read "a party must have (details)". When the law was changed, the edit that added "qualify every two years" failed to remove "have" (and also forgot to add "of"). I've fixed the sentence per the details in the source, and added an archive url since the source url is dead. Hopefully, the sentence makes sense now. Schazjmd (talk) 23:32, 10 March 2023 (UTC)
