editIt was suggested that this article should be renamed Quebec route 138. The vote is shown below: See Talk:Quebec provincial highway 389 for the main discussion
- Rename because of distinction between Quebec Routes and Autoroutes, because Quebecers use Route in English.
- See California State Route 138 vs New Jersey State Highway 138 shows that the US doesn't call all their state highways as state highways either.
