Once again, I have to point out that WP:CITEVAR does not apply here. It's not about personal preference. This article is less than a year old. It spent its first 6 weeks at least with a copyvio lead and an infobox. That's it. The sourcing was in the lead by default because there was nowhere else to put it and cannot be judged as the original editor's "preference". Cast list wasn't implemented until July 2021 and all the sourcing was still stuffed in the lead when it shouldn't have been. "That's how it's been since it started" doesn't hold any weight. To assume that it’s personal preference and not to the benefit of the article is ludicrous and I should not be prevented from making such changes, let alone be accused of being disruptive.--CreecregofLife (talk) 07:23, 12 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
Yes, WP:CITEVAR does apply because this article has an established citation style. The citations on the lede have been there for months even when there are citations on the body. You are clearly changing it due to personal preference. Your comments on this discussion point directly toward personal preference. You decided to remove them because you just don't like it. There is nothing on MOS:CITELEAD that states citations on the lede is frown upon. — YoungForever(talk)07:51, 12 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
