Rac1 in cancer
editThere's a lot of stuff coming out re. Rac1 and cancer at the moment (see e.g http://stm.sciencemag.org/content/4/142/142fs22). If any oncology bods want to add a section on this, I'd be happy to edit. I've added a few paras in the intro.
Wrong PDB Image
editThe image displayed is for 1DS6 structure from PDB database. The problem with this is that 1DS6 is a complex structure, and contains additional domains aside from Rac1. It would be better to use 3TH5 structure (http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore/explore.do?structureId=3th5) as it is Rac1 WT-only crystal structure. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:810D:25BF:E6C4:284D:561A:CAD6:B39B (talk) 00:57, 15 October 2016 (UTC)
Proposed role in psoriasis
editA paper published here in JCI, and reported by Stanford University here suggests a role for Rac1 in psoriasis; I don't know enough to add this to the article, but it looks to merit a mention both here and under psoriasis. Hv (talk) 09:15, 15 July 2017 (UTC)
